Cancellation policy

If your plans will change. If they do, please inform us at least 24 hours prior to the tour. We will not be able to process refunds for bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before tour starts.
Full payment for your booking is required at least two days before your tour. If payment is not received before the expected date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
In exceptional circumstances, we may need to amend the Dune Buggy Adventure schedule or cancel the activity. We reserve the right to change and cancel your tour in such circumstances, and will ensure we communicate any changes in advance where possible.
The Dune Buggy tour is subject to cancellation if weather conditions are not good for tour.

The minimum age of the driver is 16 years.
A driving license is not required for driving.
Passengers ages are not resticted, any of the age can be a passenger.
Below 16 years also can drive off-road Buggy slowly slowly with their parents or guardian.

Desert Buggy Adventure takes place in Lehbab desert, which is called red sand desert of Dubai.
Pickup and drop off is not included.
If you choose extra service of Pickup and drop off, you will pay extra 300 aed for shared vehicle, for private vehicle 500 aed.
A security deposit is not needed.
In case of accident, you will be responcible, company will not be responcible.
In case of Buggy damages, you will be able to pay for the damaging cost.
We recommend comfortable apparel for this experience, including modest dress and comfortable shoes.
All guests must wear unrestricted shoes to ride the perambulator. any comfortable shoes, sandales, running shoes are recommended.
Our guides can reserves the right to stop your tour in case, if we suppose you to be acting in an unsafe manner durring the tour.
